Each woman knows in her bones, that within her is a seed of the Divine.  What we have not been allowed to do, in many ways, is to let that seed be nurtured and coaxed into full bloom.  WomanGrace is a self-transformational process that allows each woman to go within and find who she truly is.  A circle of women is created to honor, witness and support each woman as we go deeply into our most hallowed and sacred places.  Safety, integrity, and impeccable intention create a place where all can be healed and revealed.  The process brings pesonal empowerment into our bodies through dance, music, journaling, books, sharing and ceremony.

Eight weekend series are started on an ongoing basis.

An Eight Saturday series is starting in January 2011.

 

One day intensives are available to honor your individual journey.

With my extensive energy therapy experience, and my training through the Masters degree in Holistic Health, I can help you examine, release and create a life of balance, abundant energy and radiant health.  There are many tools we can use to co-create a path of wholeness for you.

 Whole Person Coaching

I am trained as a Purpose Project Facilitator through the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing. This is a collaboration with Richard Leider and the Inventure Group.  I also helped design a coaching model for aging called Vitality Coaching at The Vitalize! Wellness Center.  I am certified in an ontological coaching model that is called Spirit Coaching.  I am newly certified in  Cognitive Coaching, which a brain based model as well. We will look at designing a life path of purpose, passion and vitality together. 

 

Menstruation coaching — An initial consultation to assess the rhythms of your particular body; monthly updates to help you understand and celebrate your internal body wisdom. 

 

 Meditation for women — We are wired differently than men; how does this effect your meditation practice?
