Welcome and thank you for visiting! My passion in life is to co-create holistic health in its fullest expression for individuals and organizations. I do this by offering a variety of services to our community.

I inspire by speaking to groups of people who are interested in holistic health, aging and wellness, womens' empowerment, and how to create a meaningful daily life.

I facilitate, coach and guide individuals through the spiral of growth and change as we sometimes struggle or reinvision our journey down this path of life. We can co-create a new vision and reality.

As the founding director of the Vitalize! Wellness Centre of Parmly LifePointes, I learned a great deal about how to create environments that foster and grow intentional aging services. I am delighted to consult with organisations that are moving into this vital and growing area of holistic heatlh. Be sure to watch the video on the story done by WCCO, channel 4 news!

As an ordained minister, I have an intense calling to be present to and ceremonialize the sacred events of our lives. I joyously accept any engagments to officiate the many milestones in our lives.
