BodyGrace partners with you to find balance, abundant energy and radiant health through holistic health therapies.  Energy Therapy works with the natural bio-energetic currents that exist around and through the body, which, in a healthy individual, flows unrestricted.  But in the presence of physical or emotional trauma, stress, pain, surgery or disease, energy flow may become disrupted.  Some call this energy chi, prana, or Universal Life Force.  Energy flow is restored to enhance health, to reduce pain and stress, and to complement any modern and holistic health treatments.

Whole Person Coaching

 

I am trained as a Purpose Project Facilitator through the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing. This is a collaboration with Richard Leider and the Inventure Group.  I also helped design a coaching model for aging called Vitality Coaching at The Vitalize! Wellness Center.  I am currently training in an ontological coaching model that is called Spirit Coaching as well. We will look at designing a life path of purpose, passion and vitality together.

What is Energy Therapy?

An energy therapist assesses energy flow and places their hands over specific parts of the body to provide theraputic treatment.  Clients remain fully clothed.  Energy therapy can be used alone, or as a perfect complement to many modern and holistic treatment methods.  Hospitals and clinics such as Woodwinds and Abbott Northwestern incorporate energy therapy to enhance the body's healing capacity.

Private Energy Therapy Sessions

Patricia may use one modality of energy therapy or all three in an individual session.  Whether a single session, or series, private sessions are powerful healing events.  Essential oils are also used as potent healing additions to the session.

Patricia is ordained in the Madonna Ministry and can legally co-create individualized rituals and celebrations for life transitions such as:
