Coaching and Healing from a Distance

As much as I find personal contact with my clients rewarding and fulfilling, I have experienced telephone coaching and long distance healing work as being amazingly powerful and effective!

Telephone Coaching

I find that we all need to “check in” when we are going through much needed change and growth.  The telephone allows us to touch base in a profound and healing way.

I do menstruation coaching and holistic lifestyle coaching over the phone.  If someone is near me geographically, we can meet for one session and continue via the phone, intermix the phone conversations with personal visits, or do the entire process over the phone.  I have been able to help people to shift patterns of energy, thought, and actions that profoundly enhance and restore their body, mind, heart and spirit.
