Biography
Patricia McArdle is a consultant, speaker,and facilitator in the areas of holistic health and integrative medicine, aging services, individual and organizational empowerment. She is an ordained Minister, Master Instructor in Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy, and she is trained in Level 3 Healing Touch. She has her BS in Education and her Master’s degree from the College of St. Catherine’s in Holistic Health with an Energy Healing emphasis. She was the Wellness Director at the Vitalize! Wellness Centre. Her entrepreneurial spirit is manifested in ownership of BodyGrace, and WomanGrace. Patricia is trained as a Purpose Project Facilitator by the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing. She is currently training in an ontological coaching model called Spirit Coaching. She also facilitates journeys to sacred sites such as Peru in 2009. She welcomes you to join her on a path of healing and awakening the body, mind, heart and spirit.
