Welcome and thank you for visiting! My passion in life is to co-create holistic health in its fullest expression for individuals and organizations. I do this by offering a variety of services to our community.
I love to inspire by speaking to groups of people who are interested in holistic health, aging and wellness, womens' empowerment, and how to create a meaningful daily life.
I also love to facilitate, coach and guide individuals through the spiral of growth and change as we sometimes struggle or reinvision our journey down this path of life. We can co-create a new vision and reality.
As the founding director of the Vitalize! Wellness Centre, I learned a great deal about how to create environments that foster and grow intentional aging services. As an ordained minister, I have an intense calling to be present to and ceremonialize the sacred events of our lives. I joyously accept any engagments to officiate the many milestones in our lives.
